Quick answers to get started with Vendixs — from logging in to your first sale.
Go to your Vendixs app login page and sign in with the email and password you used to sign up. Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen to reset it by email.
After signing up, you'll be guided through setting your business name, business type, and branch details. From there, go to Settings to configure taxes, payment methods, and your invoice template.
Open the Products section to add products one at a time, or connect a sales channel (Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, and more) under Integrations to sync your existing catalogue automatically instead of re-entering it by hand.
Go to the Staff section and add a new staff member with their name, role, and permissions. Role-based access controls exactly what each staff member can see and do once they log in.
Open the POS screen, add products to the cart, apply any discount, choose a payment method, and complete the sale. A receipt is generated automatically and your stock is updated in real time.
